The Board was presented information on July 22 regarding the School Improvement Grant allocations and executive summaries approved by the GaDOE earlier this month. This information may be found on our website at www.bibb.k12.ga.us Schools participating in the grant - and Rutland Middle to accommodate the change in the high school schedule - will operate at the following bell times beginning with the 2010 -2011 school year: Hutchings Career Center - 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Northeast High - 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Rutland High - 7:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. Rutland Middle - 7:40 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Southwest High - 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Below are the allocations voted on by the State Board of Education on July 8, as well as the Executive Summaries for each school and background information regarding the School Improvement Grants.
